Vardaan Bhalla is a Music Composer, Producer & Lyricist from Jaipur. Being an Engineering student, he was always passionate about music since his childhood. He is known for composing & writing the hit single “Yaad hai” crooned by Bollywood singer, Mr. Ravindra Upadhyay & Hritisha Rewadia.

Things we need for set up
1. Laptop 0r Computer
The most important & backbone of every studio whether you go for professional one or home studio we need this device to run your daw. Well, I will suggest Mac Book Pro with 500gb, 16gb & 3.1 Ghz processor & here is the link from where you can purchase. I will suggest going for refurbished one.

2 . Digital Audio Workstation
Daw is a software we use for recording, editing & mixing.

3. Audio Interface
The main purpose of audio interface is to connect computer with monitors, & microphone. It gives an access to record audio in our daw.

4. Headphones
Here I am preferring headphones over monitors is because for monitors we need basic acoustic treatment. As this can eliminate the acoustic problems presented by your room. If your room is exceptionally acoustically problematic, it may be best to mix using studio headphones.
We need at least one pair of headphones for recording & mixing. For studio use I highly recommend two type of headphones
Closed back for recording purpose, it isolates the ears from surrounding, which prevents “Headphone Bleeding”
Open Back for mixing, which provides hd sound quality with flat response.

5. Microphone
We need good quality of microphone for our home studio. As our room is not treated I will suggest to use Cardioid Microphones, as they catches sound only from one direction.

It blocks unwanted sounds from entering your microphone by using the Microphone Isolation Shield . 7. Midi Keyboard
If you are producing music already then you must familiar with midi keyboard. Its typically a piano looking things with some extra buttons & sliders. It helps to create music digitally.
But if you are not familiar with this then piano roll is a beast option as it is a part of all digital audio workstations
